We took the group airboat. It had 8 seats, I believe but our boat wasn't full. In fact, an extra seat was up top next to the tour guide/driver, which my husband sat in. We didn't take a private boat, but we saw some. Each time they had 2 passengers, but I'm thinking it might hold 3.

We took uber there from near the Fr Laud airport, and were able to get a ride back swiftly too.
