The museum has no admission fee and is well worth your time. To address your second question, the answer depends on whether you are trying to visit and return to Sedona the same day. If you are trying to do it in one day, my suggestion is not to even think about it. The mileage is approx. 235 miles ( one way ) and as there is much more to see besides The Museum, it would make more sense to stay overnight. Trust this will give you food for thought as there is much to see and appreciate in the Window Rock area. Window Rock is the capital of The Navajo Nation.
