View from tower does not disappoint. Amazing views, the Japanese garden is a bonus and tranquil. Views from the pavilion are great too. Highly recommend a stop if in the Duluth area. Full review by AFewReviewsHere

The parking lot seems to fill up pretty quickly so if you can go earlier in the morning especially if it's a nice day you should be in luck. There were a couple of picnic tables very close to the parking lot. I would assume there are handicap parking stalls available, but can't remember for sure.

It depends upon the purpose of the visit, time of day and weather. We usually spend an hour or so walking around, looking down at the city, and climbing the tower. It is a beautiful site for a picnic. My niece had her wedding there overlooking the city.

Yes, in most of Duluth's lovely parks, people may bring their dogs, but they must be on leashes and you must pick up after them. Many parks have dispensers with plastic bags for dog poo. Use common sense while taking your dog through a park and avoid small kids, elderly , etc so your dog is not a nuisance.
