Two young adult Texans are named among the 32 Rhodes Scholars in this country. The 32 scholars including Paloma and Kim, now have a full-ride scholarship to attend Oxford University in Great Britain for their graduate studies.

A Chesapeake student and fourth-year graduate student at the University of Virginia has been named a Rhodes Scholar. It’s a rare achievement in the academic world, an opportunity to study at the University of Oxford in England.

Ava Spinar, a fourth-year student at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York, was among 32 American students named to the prestigious program.
