A Virginia Beach police officer shot and killed a person Tuesday night. Around 11:05 p.m., officers went to the 4600 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard, near the intersection with Independence Boulevard, for a call about a suspicious person, according to a release. That address is the location of an Exxon gas station.
