The storm arrived in the Pacific Northwest earlier this week, killing two people and knocking out power to hundreds of thousands, mostly in the Seattle area, before moving through Northern California.

A third day of an atmospheric river storm has inundated Northern California and the Bay Area, with the storm spreading from the North Bay south across the region, flooding creeks, roads, and low-lying areas.

A major storm continues to drop heavy snow and record rain in California, causing small landslides and flooding some streets.
