Heavy snow and rain has led to travel disruption across parts of Yorkshire and warnings of potential flooding as Storm Bert sweeps across the region. Four flood alerts are in place in West Yorkshire along sections of the River Aire and River Calder, with a further alert in place for the North Sea coast at Bridlington in East Yorkshire.

Cool conditions throughout the next couple of days, but mainly dry. A First Alert for a rain/snow mix in Central Wisconsin Monday, while snow/snow showers impact the Northwoods. Slippery travel conditions are anticipated for the Monday PM/evening commute.

Most of the UK is affected by yellow warnings for either wind, rain or snow, with a slightly more severe amber warning covering parts of northern England and central Scotland.
