The pulsating game played at the Stade Latin Zaouli, saw Edo Queens initially running away with what would have been a famous victory, as they shot ahead in the 64th minute through Emmem Essien. But TP Mazembe came from behind and turned the table.

Meanwhile, defender Cordelia Odoma and striker Essien were named in the group stage Best XI released by CAF’s Technical Study Group on Monday.
