A former convict is back behind bars after a police K9 tracked him down inside a South Nashville church following a burglary.

Tyrone Cameron says he was given no warning before the K-9 was released when police apprehended him in April 2022.

K9 police dogs also do ‘find and bite’ or’ find and bark’ scenarios. They are trained to bite, shake, and hold the arm or leg of a suspect and then alert their handler when someone is found.
