Delta Air Lines has been forced to remind thousands of prospective flight attendants who are currently going through the Atlanta-based carrier’s latest recruitment drive that they must wear “proper undergarments” that aren’t visible in their interview.

A Delta spokesperson explained the rationale behind these guidelines to Daily Mail, stating, "In the interest of transparency and clarity for all prospective candidates we are encouraging people to 'dress for success' and give a great first impression as they aspire to join the flight attendant ranks.
