Israeli security and intelligence agencies are involved after an emissary of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement disappeared Thursday in the United Arab Emirates. Rabbi Zvi Kogan, who works in the capital of Abu Dhabi, may have been the victim of terrorism, according to the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Israeli intelligence is investigating the disappearance of Israeli-Moldovan citizen Rabbi Zvi Kogan in the United Arab Emirates in what is being called a "terrorist incident."

An Israeli-Moldovan rabbi living in the United Arab Emirates has been missing since Nov. 21 in what Israeli authorities said was being investigated as a possible targeted attack.
