While the Carolina Hurricanes have been winning, their top line — centered by Sebastian Aho — has not been as impactful as it needs and wants to be.

When Sebastian Aho finally decides to retire, he will be the greatest player in Carolina Hurricanes history. That's a bygone conclusion in my eyes because at 27, he's already one of the greatest and he's added yet another franchise record under his belt.

Aho’s consistent goal-scoring throughout his career is coupled with his incredibly reliable shooting percentage. In the last four seasons, Aho has shooting percentages of 16.2, 16.7, 16.5 and 16.7. Those numbers wobble a bit at five-on-five but not much: 12.6, 11, 15, 11.6.
