Exterior looks flawless, did not come in the original box, but a Fido box, comes with accessories, but I doubt they are the genuine one, but they do the Apple logo though. Battery health was 90%. Also got an iPhone XS for 2.79$/month, looks beautiful and new as well, no flaws. Battery health at 86%.

As a part of testing and prep for sale, any phone with damage or heavy usage is screened out. There my be light scratches on non functional parts of the phone (e.g. back glass, but never on the touch screen)

Note: I have contacted a representative, they couldn’t tell me what the battery health is for a pre-owned IPhone 13 Pro is. Considering the deals they have for new phones, I wouldn't risk it.
